Mallory offers a number of services that are tailored to each client’s specific needs. Whether it’s a bodywork session, postpartum visit, coaching, or sound healing, Mallory uses her strong intuition and deep listening to curate an experience that is precisely catered to you.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle but powerful modality that works with the nervous system and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid which can be sensed by a practitioner throughout the body. It is a great modality for neck & jaw tension, headaches, shoulder pain, injuries, physical or emotional trauma, sleep issues, anxiety, or a general need to receive & unwind. Clients generally experience deep relaxation and at times even fall asleep. This modality can be very supportive for releasing stuck emotions, traumas or experiences that may be lingering in the tissues of the body.
Sessions are held in person at Wellness 101 in Hardwick.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a very powerful, but gentle, light-touch form of energy healing. The practitioner becomes a conduit for universal light - or healing energy - and this energy flows to support the client where and how it is needed. Shifts may be subtle or profound, and felt on a physical, mental, emotional and/or spiritual level.
Sessions are held in person at Wellness 101 in Hardwick.
Massage Therapy
Mallory combines therapeutic techniques from Swedish, myofascial, trigger point & deep tissue massage modalities to create a nourishing and rejuvenating experience catered to each client’s needs. Her massage style is intuitive and very attuned to the client’s body in terms of pressure, location, etc. We always check in at the beginning of each session to discuss your needs and expectations for the session.

Sound Healing
Mallory provides sound healing experiences largely in the form of public group events. She uses crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, harmonic vocals, chimes, shakers, drum, and the harmonic Indian shruti box. She is often adding new tools and instruments to her repertoire.

Dreamwork
Dive into the realm of your dreams to decipher what they are communicating to you. Mallory uses a client-centered approach to uncover the hidden messages in your dreams. If you are curious about what your dreams may be trying to tell you, this is a great space to come to find out.
Dream analysis, tips for dream recall and dream interpretation may also be given in these sessions.
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
Integrated Healing Work
This is an in-person, on-the-table type of session that blends Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Mallory’s intuitive approach to energy healing. It may also include elements of massage, coaching, or sound healing, and serves as a blend of the many services Mallory provides.
We will always check in at the beginning of each session to discuss your needs and wishes for the treatment.

Postpartum Consultation
Catered support to plan & prepare for bringing a new child into the world, and the immediate adjustment into parenthood. There are many components of the postpartum period that when properly prepared for can make for a much smoother transition into motherhood and fatherhood. Mallory is an Innate Certified Postpartum Practitioner, and takes a holistic approach to postpartum care, and planning.

Postpartum Care - In Home Visit
A 3hr visit in your home after your new baby is born.
The immediate postpartum period is a time of healing and integration amidst a huge transition. Proper rest & nourishment are vital at this time. A postpartum visit is in-home support that may include any or all of the following: herbal preparations, consultation, birth story listening & integration, baby holding while mom showers/rests, laundry support, food preparation, home tidying, & general support.
It is recommended to book a Postpartum Consultation before booking an in-home visit. Contact is required for scheduling.
This service is available in person to Northern Vermont clients only. Travel fee may be applied depending on your location.

Spiritual Coaching
Coaching through life’s ups, downs, challenges & moments of growth. This is done with a deep sense of presence and through a spiritual lens.

Mallory uses an array of techniques in her coaching process that include: deep listening, somatics, connection with the Divine, and always returning you to the truth that is deep within.
