Join Mallory for an ambient Friday evening of sound healing, cacao & meditation by candlelight. This is a great opportunity to give yourself space to receive, rejuvenate, and unwind.

We will open with cacao - the building block of chocolate - served in drink form to support in opening the heart and dropping into the body. Mallory will lead participants in a guided meditation with the cacao - going deep within, connecting with the heart, body & soul. We will meditate on intentions and connect with the Divine, preparing you to relax and fully receive the medicine of the sound healing.

For the sound healing, participants will  be invited to get extremely cozy & enter a deep space of receptivity through the sounds of crystal bowls, harmonic vocal improvisations, and other instruments such as chimes, rattles & the harmonic Indian shruti box. The angelic tones of the voice accompanied by crystal sound bowls is an enchanting experience that will offer a deep connection to self and the divine, allowing for a period of rest, receptivity, and rejuvenation.
